Mid-Kentucky Presbytery is launching a new initiative called the “Eco-Justice Worship Collective.” Rebecca Barnes-Davies will be organizing a montly evening worship, for anyone who would like to join. Each month focused on a different ecological/theological/biblical theme (such as water, land, air/spirit).

We will gather as a community of Christians from all backgrounds, as seekers of global justice, as lovers of the world, and/or as advocates for earth’s healing. This month’s worship theme is “Waters of Birthing;” we will explore the issue of water from a biblical, theological, and environmental lens.

The Eco-Justice Worship Collective (“creating dynamic, ecumenical, inclusive worship space to engage in eco-justice concerns”) is a new initiative of the Presbytery of Mid-Kentucky’s Ecclesia Project and is supported by CHPC.
